All Medical's Rental Programs

The All Medical Rental Program is our effort to help our patients gain mobility
in their lives. For a minimal investment of $195 to $395 a week, you can
experience mobility with the Inogen One, Sequal Eclipse,Oxlife Excel
OR THE NEW RESPIRONICS EVER GO o2 Concentrators.

 At All Medical we offer two methods of renting.

    1.  If you are thinking of purchasing an oxygen concentrator but have not
         made the final decision, you can rent a new oxygen concentrator at one
         of our low weekly rates (see scale below), and return the oxygen
         concentrator at the end of your rental agreement, the great news is you
         can apply your first week's rental fee against the purchase of your
         concentrator.

    2.  If you only need your oxygen concentrator for a short period, you can
         rent for a week or more as long as you need it.

Be sure to contact us TOLL FREE 1-888-280-2677 and indicate which rental
method best suits your needs as well as the time frame in which you need the
concentrator.

 
The following airlines allow the use of the Inogen One onboard the aircraft: 

Check with your airline to make sure they will permit the use
of your POC. Some airlines may not permit the use of the
concentrator like the inogen or eclipse onboard the aircraft.
Arrange for backup source of oxygen for use at your final
destination. Your home healthcare provider will be able to
help you coordinate you backup oxygen.

Planning Your Flight

You must obtain a signed statement from your physician that includes:

    * Your ability to see/hear alarms and respond appropriately

    * When oxygen use is necessary (all or a portion of the trip)

    * Maximum flow rate corresponding to the pressure in the cabin
        under normal operating conditions

 Oxygen Concentrators Weekly Rental Fees

 Note to anyone who rents one of our concentrators and pays less
 than $395.00 a week and a problem occurs during the rental the
customer is responsible for any extra shipping charges back and forth.
If you are out of the country your on your own.
No if, ands or buts.

 *RESPIRONICS EVER GO* $395 PER WEEK AND UP

      (aka OXYTEC 900)      *$495 per week 2 sets of batteries 

December 17th to 31st Special rent the evergo with 2 sets of batteries
and receive the 3rd set of batteries total 6 batteries. 

 *Oxlife Excel* $195.00 per week with out transport case

                       $295.00 per week with  transport case 

 *Home Oxygen Sytems* $50.00 per month with 2 year contract.

                                       $75.00 per week short term.

                                       $195.00 per month short term.

 If you purchase an item with the rental the start date of the
purchase is the same as the rental start date.
